She is my sons public defender. He has been in jail since may 30, 2014. When 60 days had passed she did not ask charges to be dropped in acvordance with california law. When my son refused a plea barfain, on acvount of being not guikty, she moved to have him declared incompetent to stand trial. She c...laimed tgere was no vupideo evidence of tgecsupposed crime. My sons fatyercsbd i came to California and investigated. There was in fact video evidence and a witness who would testify for my son. She did no investigation till we presented our finding, perhaps allowing evidence and witnsses to be lost. She was able to sidetrack a request for a Marsden hearing and myvson was nevervable to oresdnt his reasons to the judge. There has to be some hidden agenda for things to be this crazy.
