I initially contacted another lemon law firm around my area, and their advice was to go and get another repair attempt at the Toyota service center (even though I knew nothing would get done). I contacted David just to see what he thought of my case and he felt it would be worth my while to pursue si...nce I had already went through arbitration through NCDS and they denied me buyback due to "client unable to demonstrate problem with vehicle" even though my car still had the same issue (fuel tank not filling all the way in rav4 hybrid). David was very professional and articulate on the phone, and I appreciated that he understood the field well and explained to me all the details in pretty much every step (he also had worked in the past as an attorney for car manufacturer so he has experience on both sides). He kept me up to date on his communications with the other side and his thoughts and I always felt informed on the process. Overall, my case finished with settlement in my favor, and Toyota paid me back my payments/tax/interest I made on the car and paid off my car loan as well as paid for David's attorney fees (I believe most lemon law cases have the manufacturer pay the lawyer fees). I'd definitely recommend a consultation with David to see if you have a strong case for lemon law or whether you need additional steps, he will let you know if its worth both your time to pursue a case or at the least help guide you in the direction to get you your car fixed or replaced.
