Our intellectual property practice includes: many licensing and other commercial transactions for software/technology and ecommerce companies, copyright and trademark counseling and registration, anti-piracy work for software and media companies. We handle adversarial matters up to the point of litigation. For many companies we create all template agreements. Our reputation is particularly noteworthy in international transactions, where we often work in other languages.

Clients often contact us for our international expertise. We handle many international transactions, and I work in Spanish, Portuguese and (on occasion), French, reading, writing, drafting, and understanding local requirements.

In addition to representing the country's largest production music library in its many transactions, we represent various media companies especially with respect to their transactional and intellectual property requirements.

We counsel clients in all aspects of compliance with privacy laws and regulations. This is particularly important for companies doing business internationally, where the laws are often more onerous.
