Charles Eugene Lozano

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Charles Lozano as Minor’s Counsel. While initial interviews were conducted, there was no evidence of a thorough or independent investigation into the issues presented. No effort was made to contact relevant third parties such as school personnel, medic...al providers, or others who could have provided critical information. The overall handling of the matter lacked diligence and appeared one-sided. There was noticeable pressure to agree to a stipulation without any clear indication that all facts had been properly reviewed or verified. Concerns raised during the process were minimized and not meaningfully addressed or investigated. Based on this experience, the level of neutrality, independence, and advocacy expected of Minor’s Counsel was not demonstrated. I would strongly caution others before considering retaining this attorney.

Mr. Lozano was my lawyer in a lengthy and painful divorce. He was respectful and respected in the courts and he got me the best possible outcome in my case. He fought for me and he also advised me when to back away from certain disputes which ultimately resulted in me saving thousands of dollars. ... Nobody’s perfect but I’ve learned that you can’t please people unless you give them exactly what they want, no matter the consequences. A good attorney looks at the entirety of the situation and makes the best decision for the client, even if it doesn’t always result in a “win”.

I found Mr. Lozano through a friend who worked for the cochran firm. I was in a bad situation, i didn't know what i was going to do. Mr. Lozano responded quickly and was able to meet me in court and explain what he could do for me. I always felt he took my explanations seriously and acknowledged me... as a good person. He was verry good in court, very informed, profesional and was assertive in finding a solution for me. I had been taken advantage of by a "friend" . I worked at a high end retail shop and this person knew this. This "friend" came to my register and in the heat of the moment i let him take items without ringing them in the register and because he looked like trouble he was being followed and we got caught. Well Charles Lozano was there for me in my time of trouble and was profesional and non jugemental of me thanks to charles my sentence was brought down to a misdemenor and after some community service i was able to move on with my life. Now a few years later I find my self ilooking to Charles once more.
