Bradley J. Mancuso

For the past six years, I have remained silent. However, the burden of the beast of emotional and financial abuse continues to rear its ugly head. I am not a vain person. In fact, I am humble. But, I have come to realize it doesn’t do any good for me to remain silent on matters of business that under...mine my ability to make a living as well as thwart public policy. I think people should know how Attorney Brad Manuso has treated some. When I hired Bohm Law Group I anticipated professionalism. What ensued was attorney malfeasance and malpractice that drove me into a deep depression, injured me significantly both professionally and financially, and for which each and every day I work quietly to overcome. I too am a survivor. My account of mishandling by Brad Mancuso, who at the time worked for Bohm Law Group, covers many pages, and I have written it. But, here I’ll keep it brief. My case was meritorious. There was sufficient (corroborated) evidence of fact of illegal employment abuses directed at me in my corporate job uncovered during written case discovery to prevail on merit and be compensated. What can I tell you about sexism? Brad Mancuso botched my case and he did it using the tool of the court of law, of which he is practiced. Rather than act with professionalism, Brad Mancuso blatantly lied to me several times during the course of my case (which I recorded and transcribed for my own sanity check) and he continued my case several times without asking for my approval and it cost me significantly. Ultimately, the stipulations to continue my case opened the door to exit because it caused conflict, and god-for-bid Brad Manscuo adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct or this notion of Attorney-Client Privilege. Brad Mancuso ultimately filed what is called a Motion to be Relieved, dropping my case in the court. An intelligent attorney acquaintance told me that Manuso’s maltreatment was not only unprofessional and immature but wrong and injurious. At the time, Brad Mancuso was a Senior Attorney at Bohm Law Group, and the firm was a revolving door in Woodland Hills. During the course of my botched case…wrongly continued as a great defensive tactic … three handling attorneys assigned to my case left the firm one after another. They had worked under Brad Mancuso. The field of law is one of the largest special interests in California, and unfortunately, the California State Bar, as an advocate of attorney special interest, is a farce to many, as I have come to learn from my research. In a society that relies heavily on new legislation, signed into law each and every year, and the attorneys whose work it is to enforce such legislation, we must realize that attorneys are people who have problems too, and some attorneys simply do not have the coping skills to handle their clients and case load. While this case was mine to win and be justly compensated for, and while it was botched by Attorney Brad Mancuso and Bohm Law Group, one still must have hope in a better future, while “we the people” ought to work to reform a very sick legal system that perhaps makes it too easy for some attorneys to do whatever they want, and play games with their clients. We really must care for this village of humans. It’s all we have.
