Kristina Kell

Kristina Kell is a California Family Law Attorney and the founder of Modern Divorce Mediation, LLC. After many years representing clients in family law litigation throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, Kristina chose to focus her practice exclusively on divorce mediation and settlement consulting. Her experience on both sides of family law gives her a practical understanding of what happens when cases settle and when they do not.

Kristina believes that most couples are better served by resolving their disputes outside of the courtroom whenever possible.
