Roger Stuart Shafer

I met Huntington Park Family Law attorney Roger S. Shafer because I was trying to protect my right to be the father of a girl who was not biologically mine. Even though my ex and I married before she gave birth to our girl and even though our girl has my last name and my mother's first name and even ...though my ex put me as the father on the birth certificate, Roger was quite emphatic in that I had no chance on Earth of having any legal rights as a father and that I had to 'move on with my life'. Shortly after meeting Roger, I met with a younger family law attorney and shared with her Roger’s clear position. Although I didn't say to her Roger’s name, she was correct in her guess Roger is an older man. My attorney said to be careful of attorneys like him who do not stay up-to-date with current family law. In the end, she was right. I got my daughter back only weeks after visiting Roger and my trial ended successfully. Had I listened to Roger S. Shafer, my daughter would be without a father. On a side note, Roger was the most belittling and condescending human being I have ever met. Thank God I do not come across people like Roger often.
