Biography
My specialty is Juvenile Dependency and Family Law. I represent parents, grandparents, and caretakers for over 11 years. I was court appointed counsel in Dependency Court and have conducted over 50 trials on allegations of abuse or neglect of children. I represented numerous parents who are charged with domestic violence and child abuse. I have assisted numerous parents in Family Court get custody, visitation, child and spousal support.
I now work in private practice representing parents, guardians, relatives or foster parents/caretakers who are charged with abuse or neglect of a child or who are fighting for placement of a child. My goal is to keep the family together or put the child with relatives and get services to help parents reunify with their children.
I also was a public defender in criminal court after law school and defended individuals charged with crimes in Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange Counties. I conducted numerous jury and bench trials and motion hearings. I have won numerous hearings on Motions to Suppress Evidence, Motions In-Limine, Probation Violation Hearings and many others. I worked with prosecutors to get great deals for my clients.

NEVER GIVES UP!!

Compassion and knowledgeable
Ms. Rose is knowledgeable. But, she is blessed with the gift of compassion and that is what you want in a person is compassion for your family to be reunited. So, if you want to hire a person, hire Ms. Rose.
