I am not a litigious person and always try to talk matters through first, but sometimes in life lawsuits are necessary. I.e., You try to be a reasonable person, but sometimes you have to send a strong message to the scumbags out there. I won't go into the gory details but my company filed a lawsu...it against another company due to money owed. In the end, the case settled because the other party didn't want the burden and cost of going to trial. If it did go to trial, I felt confident that I would've prevailed with Jonathan on my side. I basically decided to forgive the scumbags, accept their offer, and move on with my life. Jonathan helped me recover the maximum amount possible and managed all of the negotiations.
