I had hired Alex Baptiste in order to get further information on how to form my own LLC. He helped me file my articles or organization, walking me step-by-step through the online process, making sure that everything was properly filled out, not missing any important details, and being sure to appropr...iately indicate each aspect of the formation of the LLC. He then helped me write up the operating agreement, having him write up the entire agreement, per my specifications. This simplified the entire process for me, as I was uncertain of what needed to be included in that agreement. He also helped me fill out the statement of information in a prompt manner. My fiancee and I made a wedding deposit back in Feb. Due to Covid 19 our wedding would not meet the vision that we originally anticipated. We made a request to get our deposit back because we felt that the force majeure in the contract could be enacted due to Covid 19. They told us they would let us... know 60 day prior to our wedding date if they would refund the deposit. This seemed odd since this was no where in the contract.
