I had hired Alex Baptiste in order to get further information on how to form my own LLC. He helped me file my articles or organization, walking me step-by-step through the online process, making sure that everything was properly filled out, not missing any important details, and being sure to appropr...iately indicate each aspect of the formation of the LLC.
