Eric Alfonso Torices

I was referred to Eric Torices back in 2018 when I was first seeking guidance for child custody. I was able to get a meeting with him immediately. I went into his office being completely clueless and walked out feeling at ease and with so much knowledge. He explained to me diligently what might or m...ight not happened with my situation. Unfortunately, my situation took a turn and I had to seek another lawyer with a different scope of practice and he was nice enough to refer me. That went well and my case settled. From time to time any questions or uncertainties I’ve had he was always there to answer with no hesitation. Now, fast-forwarding to 2019 I was sent back to court to modify the visitation and I immediately knew I wanted Eric to represent me. He did not hesitate to meet up with me and agreed to represent me. I felt confident that he was going to not only try to get me what I wanted but at least put up a fight. Eric did not disappoint in the court room. He went into the court room with confidence. His work ethics definitely showed when in court. I definitely recommend Eric to assist you with your case and to know that he will not only try his very best to get you the best outcome possible but guide you throughout the process. Eric has been and continues to be very professional and welcoming. He is very reliable and always available when needed. He is very deserving of the 5 stars and more if possible. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me and I know will do for others as well.

Eric did a excellent job with my case! Getting a DUI for the first time is terefying. I called his office, and they took care of me right away. He was attentive from the beginning to the end. I’m so glad I had him as my lawyer. He kept me well informed, and answer all the question I had during the wh...ole process. He represented me every time I had to show up at court, and closed out my case as soon as possible. I’m so glad I hired him. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Torices was very helpful in consulting with me in responds to a petition for custody and visititation I had received from my ex-girlfriend regarding custody of our minor child. He reviewed the documents and took his time to explain to me all the possible outcomes. He really put my mind at ease. H...e didn't feel rushed or in a hurry to finish up the consultation. I ended up with the exact custody and visitation orders I wanted, all thank to Mr. Torices.

I would not recommend Eric. He handled my divorce case in which it seemed it was my husband s attorney instead of mine. I ended up with an eviction due to a mistake he did at court that he was not able to fix. He would not be proffesional because would take his friendship with my ex-husband attorne...y as something personal between them. After that I dicided to go to another attorney with which I am very pleased and happy on how he is handling my case.

I don't wish to give specifics but I will say that I don't feel his professionalism showed on our court date. He wasn't confident at all and also was extremely friendly with my ex that morning and in fact ended up working with him and his partner after he finished my case which I feel is a conflict o...f interest in my opinion. Morally I just think that it's sloppy but I guess when it comes to greed you should expect such a thing.
