I hired Luis several years ago when my niece was facing an eviction order from her mobile home, which she had grown up in and just inherited from my sister, her mother, who died unexpectedly. If you know anything about mobile home park management, you know that they are eviction-happy because once th...ey evict tenants who are locked into years-long leases at affordable monthly rents, they can jack up the rent for the next owners. Also, if you get evicted from a mobile home park, even though you own the mobile home, there's now way you can move it because there are virtually no other places with vacant lots and they are not meant to be moved and will fall apart. The landlords keep expensive lawyers on retainer so they can handily evict unwanted tenants. My niece, mother of two little girls, was ill-equipped to deal with an eviction lawsuit. The landlord claimed she was not on the lease, which was untrue, as she was listed on the lease as a resident of the mobile home (at the age of 10). Fortunately, we found Luis, who had lots of experience with tenant/landlord disputes and evictions. He was phenomenal. He drove for hours to be in court in Ventura County to fight for my niece, and he won our case for us. He kept a roof over the heads of my niece, and her 5 and 6-year-old daughters. I will be forever grateful for his help. His fee was totally affordable for us.
