Before 2019, I enjoyed a challenging and meritorious life, a successful practice, and an excellent professional and personal reputation. But when I was blindsided by a vexatious litigant (a proxy plaintiff for a predatory billion dollar industry) and a sympathetic (woke) court, I suddenly found myse...lf in the midst of a media storm, threats of prison time, and the dubious prospect of an unbiased downtown LA jury. It’s hard trying to paint the words that would do Steffeny justice. I’m not going to act like I’m a veteran in the courtroom, but, I have dealt with a handful of different attorneys throughout my days. From my experiences, it doesn’t matter if the attorney is a graduate of Harvard Law or Robert Kar...dashian himself, 9 out of 10 lawyers don’t give a damn about you and will charge you 2 arms and 2 legs for it.
