Salar Atrizadeh, Esq. is the principal and founder of the Law Offices of Salar Atrizadeh. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California, District of Columbia, and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts. His law firm engages in both transactions and litigation related to business, bankruptcy, internet (i.e., cyberspace), and real estate. He has an extensive background in technology and holds a bachelor's of science degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Database Management Systems.
Mr. Atrizadeh is on the advisory board of the Information Systems Security Association in Los Angeles, California. He is also active on California State Bar's Cyberspace Law Committee and a member of the Internet Society.
In recent times, Mr. Atrizadeh has been conducting seminars regarding online privacy, cloud computing, cyber piracy, internet sales tax laws, search engine privacy, and online banking fraud that relate to both consumers and businesses. The goal of these seminars is to educate the public of the applicable state, federal, and international laws, guidelines, and protocols. In addition, he has conducted presentations before educational institutions (e.g., charter high schools) on the topics of cyberharassment, cyberstalking and cyberbullying. His goal is to educate the administration, parents, and students about the applicable laws and discuss proper preventive and reactive measures.
