The real deal.
When our son was arrested, we meet with Richard and his associate Jennifer. They asked all the right questions and made us feel 100% comfortable. He was extremely through and knowledgable. This is a big boy law firm, for people looking for the best.

Excellent Attorney
I would highly recommend Richard Kaplan to anyone who needs a lawyer. He always listened to my concerns and responded promptly and with courtesy. He kept me informed at every phase of my case and the outcome was more than satisfactory to me.
"I endorse this lawyer's work: trustworthy, conscientious, hardworking and fundamentally dedicated to every Client, familiar Californians recognize that Mr. Kaplan is an excellent defense attorney who is a beneficial asset to Bevery Hills and the entire DUI Defense Bar community. Any person in need of a premier criminal defense lawyer will know he or she is in capable hands. For a number of reasons (but without enough character space to properly do this fine attorney justice), I am honored to endorse this superb lawyer."
