Preston Richard Kim

Preston Kim is an associate attorney at Yeroushalmi Law. He has handled numerous cases involving nursing home and assisted living abuse and neglect and has helped achieve substantial results for clients as a result of countless hours of research, investigation, and hard work.

Mr. Kim is passionate about representing and protecting the rights of the vulnerable elderly population. He approaches every case with care and compassion for elderly residents and their families during the most difficult times of their lives. He exclusively dedicates his work to fighting for victims of abuse and neglect and takes great pride in holding nursing homes and assisted living facilities accountable for their misconduct.

Mr. Kim is a Los Angeles native and earned his bachelor's degree from UCLA and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. He is admitted to practice law in all courts in the state of California and the federal court for the Central District of California. Mr. Kim is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC).
