Biography
Mr. Giannini is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Southern California Law School. He has represented investors, developers, apartment owners, office tenants and owners for a variety of different matters. He has also done extensive litigation in the Superior Courts, Court of Appeals, United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts. Notable cases include fraud and concealment, investor misconduct, mold and biohazards, partnership dissolutions, construction defect, premises liability, architect malpractice landlord-tenant, boundary disputes, eminent domain and property tax assessments.
He has served as a Judge Pro Tem presiding over landlord-tenant disputes. Also served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He has served as counsel for landowners in connection with title issues, including easements and encroachments.
He has experience in advising homeowner associations on the Davis-Stirling Act, as well as construction defects, assessments and elections. Condominium owners and associations have noted that he is one of the top attorneys in the field. Mr. Giannini also has extensive experience with liability insurance issues and insurance claims.

ZELCH INTEGRITY
I was a client of Giannini. His client/lawyer agreement is not worth the paper it is printed on. He had no real intent to represent my interests. He was merely looking for a quick fix fee. He not only abandoned the terms of the retainer agreement, but my legal interests as well.

Replied last August 06, 2018This review is so general and vague that it is difficult to make an adequate response. I always put my client's interests first, and do not know why this individual was dissatisfied. Perhaps if the client had come to me and communicated the basis of her/his dissatisfaction, the situation could have been resolved more favorably. There are no guarantees made to any client that the outcome of his matter will match his expectations, and that any legal proceeding involves a significant risk of an adverse result.
