Highly Effective Family Law Attorney

I initially hired another attorney but was unhappy with their service and lack of progress. When Olga stepped in, everything changed. Get the best. It matters.

I am writing this note to express a word to the wise who seek legal representation in Family Court. I have recently had an excellent experience in L.A. Court. Not that legal conflicts can be especially joyful but having the right person in your corner will most assuredly relieve you of one common a...nxiety. That is the one you have at the moment of truth when you sit in the courtroom, next to people who oppose you, and you wonder if you actually have the best, most competent, most sympathetic person presenting your position. I found such a person in Olga Ginsburg. She represented me in my quest to discontinue spousal support. There were some complexities and yet we prevailed in every regard. She was calm and as effective as a champion debater who had memorized every fact and yet had the information wrapped in a concise, persuasive delivery that frankly could not be refuted. When she spoke everyone listened because she was clearly on par with the judge herself. She wasn’t arrogant. She was dispassionately effective. The judge actually ended up righteously explaining to the Respondent that my alimony burden was obviously no longer fair before ruling in my favor. It was a huge relief. Suffice it to say that when your family’s well-being is in the balance, have Olga Ginsberg on your side.

Olga is AMAZING!

My husband and I hired Olga after a painful 8 years with another attorney who had become completely ineffective in assisting my husband in his custody case. Yesterday, Olga fought for him in court and in one morning resolved a case that has been dragging on since 2011. This is literally the first... time in 8 years that my husband hasn’t had an upcoming court date and we are both so grateful for the final reprieve. I sent Olga this message: I want to personally thank you for taking on this case and for handling it with the care and the dignity that our children deserved. My husband and I are both greatly relieved that this cycle of constant court dates is over. Review of Olga

I retained Olga Ginzburg as my Family Law attorney in my divorce. She was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Family Law. I never had to chase her down to get answers as her response time on issues was impeccable. Olga's confidence and poise in Court and in dealing with opposing counsel was b...oth impressive and outstanding. I truly enjoyed my association with Olga. She is definitely a superb Family Law attorney whom I would retain again, if needed.

The Shark You Need

I worked with Olga for my divorce. It was an emotional and difficult time and Olga always made me feel like I had an advocate ready to fight for me.
