Research markets & meet with industry leaders to identify & solicit properties that meet client specifications; supervise all areas of purchase, construction, and sale, including negotiation, drafting, & execution of all related documents.

Review, revise, &/or draft original agreements employment policies, manuals, and modules; train management & employees; guide clients through employment disputes, including discipline, hiring, termination, disability, leave, accommodations; investigate & respond to workplace complaints.
