Biography
Marcin Podskarbi as all of us, at some point, struggled with complex legal system. Whether it is a traffic ticket, business start up, immigraion status or civil dispute, we all need a lawyer at some point. In order to help people seek justice and fight for their rights Mr. Podskarbi decided to become an attorney.
Mr. Podskarbi attended law school in Poland and California Western School of Law in San Diego. He also attended multiple seminars and many courses, including but not limited to immigration and naturalization, business law, contract law, stock market, entertainment law and many more.
Mr. Podskarbi passed California Bar exam and also Bar exam in Poland.
What makes Mr. Podskarbi stand out from the rest of attorneys is a fact, that Mr. Podskarbi is also an immigrant, and had to change his U.S. visas and status multiple times, before he established this office. Mr. Podskarbi has also extensive knowledge of business law and helped create many business entities in the US.
