Amazon suspended my two listings due to trademark infringement. I did everything i was asked by Amazon to resolve the complaint with the trademark holder and eventually the trademark holder retracted the complaint and sent an email directly to Amazon sellers to reinstate my account. However, Amaz...on seller did not respond to the retraction email sent by the patent holder. They did not respond to my emails either. They actually rejected my appeals for the same reason they suspended my listings even though we DID present all the requirements. So we found Kenneth online and he sounded very familiar with my issues and laid out the steps he would take to tackle the issues. NOTE: He did not tell me that he is 100% sure that my listing will be reinstated. But his plans of action convinced me he was the best person to hire. I liked his honesty. I don't think there is anyone else better qualified for this job. I had aggressive hijackers taking over my listing and even blocking me out of my own listing.
