Kacey, in this difficult case involving numerous misdemeanors, navigated a very difficult prosecutorial agency while at the same time calming my anxiety as this all unfolded. Kacey prepared me for trial, prepared herself for trial and counseled me about what to expect every step of the way. Kacey has such a good bedside manner with people and made me feel calm despite the surrounding storm. This quality of hers helped me deal with all the stress and anxiety of going through a criminal trial. In the end and through Kacey's hard work and passion, she not only connected well with the Jury but he made sure that justice was served and that all the false allegations and charges were brought to light. Kacey, through a successful Jury trial, had all charges result in either an acquittal or dismissal.
