Joseph Cyril Maher II

I hired Joe and paid him a lot of money to represent me in a restraining order matter. Joe had no business accepting this case. He doesn't practice this type of matter. He was recommended by another attorney which i have high regard for. Joe gave bad advice before trial and then offers no defense to ...defend his client. When the judgement is filed he notifies me six days latter putting his client in contempt and never filed an appeal or does anything to remedy the situation. Now I'm facing criminal charges and I have to get another attorney. He then tells me I have other court actions pending. He mails nothing and only uses email even after being told repeatedly the files are corrupt and can't be opened or downloaded. He appears in court without notice and gets another judgement against me. I have to go to court and find out for myself. He tells me six days after the judgement was handed down and again puts me in contempt. Don't use this attorney for anything . It will cost you much more in the long run and you will lose your case every time. BEWARE
