Mr. Pollitt did not challenge the lawyer of my physical therapist when he repeatedly lied about my treatment in both his written & oral depositions. The therapist bent my foot and broke the bone fussion in my heel which was held with 2 tiny screws. In his deposition he said he squeezed my toes 10 t...imes! This is a lie! He held my foot in the air and bent it into an X shape. I never went back and he said I did. My lawyer was not a match for the other lawyer and he was not able to get the truth out. He let my doctor be harassed and agree that I could have broken my fussion some other way. I didn't!
