I. IMMIGRATION LAW PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY
As the grandson/great-grandson of immigrants to the United States of America, I understand and appreciate the contributions which generations upon generations of immigrants have made to our land of opportunity.
From I.M. Pei to Andrew Carnegie, Felix Frankfurter to Carlos Santana, Claudette Colbert to Henry Kissinger, and Albert Einstein to Hakeem Olajuwon, immigrants have made indelible imprints on our nation's architecture, business, law, music, performing arts, politics, science and sports.
I have dedicated my practice of immigration law to assist current and future generations of immigrants in pursuing their respective American Dreams and in continuing to add value to our great country.
II. PERSONAL INJURY AND CIVIL LITIGATION LAW PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY
Injured individuals and aggrieved plaintiffs are entitled to competent legal representation at the claims stage, and if necessary, during litigation so that
they may recover the sums to which they are legally entitled.
I thoroughly analyze theories of liability and document the categories of applicable compensation, while keeping my clients fully informed of the case developments - from inception to conclusion.
Client satisfaction with the process and ultimate outcome of the claim or lawsuit is of paramount importance to me.
III. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY
I have found that the vast majority of civil disputes can be resolved without having to incur the headaches associated with litigation: cost, time, stress and uncertainty of outcome.
As an Arbitrator, I deliver a fully reasoned Decision promptly after the conclusion of each case.
My sole focus as a Mediator is on dispute resolution, and I do not consider my services to be complete until the parties have signed a binding Settlement Agreement.
IV. VICTIMS OF CRIME LAW PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY
I believe that victims of crime who cannot otherwise afford legal representation are entitled to assistance so that the indignities that they have suffered can be redressed.
Therefore, in the spirit of community service, I represent such victims before the California Victims Compensation and Government Claims Board.
