4 hours ago New PLEASE DON'T EVEN THINK TO HIRE THIS ATTORNEY..A TOTAL DISASTER The main ATTORNEY will talk to you first and make you feel very confident about your win of your case, Once you sign with her ..Its all about MONEY..and over charge with unnecessary work that will just use you in your ...most vulnerable time of your life. A roller-coaster of forcing you to overpay, confused staff, letting her assistants handle your case, every time you reach out she just tell you how confident she is..however she will just let you drown and lose everything. Finally she ask you for money and next day she withdraw from the case and so far never paid me back. A total scam PLEASE DON'T FALL IN THIS TRAP.

paid for a consult, included all paperwork and even a summary of my case. She told me she read none but "skimmed through" to review and be prepared would have taken 5 minutes. she didn't even know what we were discussing. She could not follow along and couldn't access basic court info. was very rude,... sloppy along with several other red flags. I was fooled by these other "reviews" BEWARE

I would not use again nor refer Deborah Soleymani to even my less favorite person. I repeatedly ask to have strategies in place knowing my spouse was manipulative and dishonest. When his like attorney was unprofessional, rude and dishonest Deborah allowed it. In the end, the financial paper work fo...r the accounts to be divided and the deed of title were left unfinished and inaccurate. Yet, her billing continued to suck out the last dollar out of me. Excuses that only an attorney can excel at is what I paid for in the long run. It would have been cheaper to just hand over all my assets to my spouse as the cost for the divorce broke me. The unsupportive non-productive relationship with the Soleymani Law Firm destroyed what was left of my self-worth. It seems my expectations that Ms. Soleymani would be the best assertive advocate were far too high. Shame on me for putting my trust in Deborah.

Deborah and Emily are exceptional. Deborah is not active here on AVVO, and shared with me her side of the 1 star review before I hired her. I saw zero indication of any of the allegations in the other review. I was in Family court fighting for custodial rights for 5 years, and it took getting De...borah and Emily on my side to finally win. I had gone through 4+ different lawyers before them. Each time I thoroughly checked reviews and interviewed them, only to have their true identities show up later. Lawyer 1 (AVVO 9+) didn't listen, Lawyer 2 (AVVO 9+) didn't prepare until the weekend before and yelled at me for asking questions (and lost), Lawyer 3 got results but cost truly insane amounts (my entire six figure not starting with a 1 inheritance in 9 months), Lawyer 3.5 (separate DCFS case) was ok, but still cost too much, Lawyer 4 (AVVO 9+) listened well at first, but never again, and then finally Deborah was recommended to me by a lawyer that worked next to my office (not family law). NONE of my prior frustrations appeared again. I worked primarily with Emily, but I feel I got the perfect dose of Deborah's oversight. Important aspects were run by her, I had access to her, but my bills were not overly peppered with her time. Emily was a great listener, and even better, she was great at explaining her rationale so that I didn't have as many questions. She never hid from me, the documents she authored were good, and she drafted them quickly. She welcomed my input, and even used some of it. I never felt the need or justification for questioning their bills, and I appreciated the occasional unsolicited write-off of a call or effort here or there. I truly felt that they CARED, from start to finish, and I finally was able to conclude a chapter of my life I never want to revisit, with all of my "must have" custodial rights. I highly recommend!!

This crazy lady started a fight with me in a court hallway for no reason. I was just there with my boyfriend as comfort for him while he was going through a horrible divorce. And she was the lawyer for his ex. This woman lied about the ex having cancer under oath and then after she started a brawl wi...th me for absolutely no reason with me. Lying in court cost both of the parties tons of extra money. The ex just wanted to be spiteful, but it really was did nothing for both parties. It was a disaster of a divorce for people with no kids. None of these parties made out on this. It destroyed all parties involved so this lawyer could rack up extra bills causing this divorce to take like two extra years and thousands upon thousands of dollars more than it had to cost. My boyfriend offered the ex a sweet deal and it was to be cut off clean and both parties made out. Instead they lost well over 200 k in legal costs and they were not rich! It was because the ex lied about being this poor deprived lost woman. It was a mess and could have just been a clean cut. If you want to pay much more than it's worth and be lied to, ripped off, manipulated, this is your woman! We complained to the Bar and it's still pending. Yes, I was brought into this mess and I paid into it so yes, I had dealings with her. Especially when she literally tried to start a fight with me in a court hallway. Very unprofessional! Never seen anything like it.
