After 4 years I finally got my settlement. Now the problem is that they charged me 45% bc they told me in June they went to court. They didn't notify me that the are goi g to court. This is unlawful and I will file a complaint with the board, a lawyer is responsible to communicate and asked me if it... is ok to go to court. I called numerous times to see when the went to court and I never got the date. Then they said the fee will be reduced but that never happened. I just got tired, I had 3 different case workers in 4 years. I called them for 3 weeks to get my case worker on the phone. After I settled it took 8 more month to get my money, when Veronica told me it will take 3 weeks. I will proceed with a small claim court lawsuit against them. I talked already to someone and was told they don't have the right to go to court without informing me. Just stay away from this law firm. Nobody follows up, you have to be the one to call them to get any I fo, that's just wrong. They are definitely not looking out for their clients

n March of 2023 I fell when some stairs I was walking down broke under my feet causing me to suffer some significant injuries. I have never been in a position like this and I trusted that Rafii and associates would look out for my best interest and help me (as they promised) locate medical care and t...o recover what I had lost in income etc After assurances were made, and In good faith I made the decision to hire Rafii and Associates thinking that they would advocate for me during a time when I was vulnerable and in need of help. Two and a half years later I am nearly bankrupt, in danger of being evicted from my apartment, my state disability has run out, I have lost nearly every thing, I am in constant debilitating pain, and no one at this law firm seems to care AT ALL. I have been through multiple “case managers” (and their assistants) as of July 1,2024, twenty seven (27) months later I am still in need of medical care, in the last two and and a half years I have been to the emergency room over 18 times and as of today July 1 2025 I have zero idea what is happening with my case because I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I have attempted to call the case manager, the attorney, the office manager and even Randy who I believe is a customer service person? I have been promised returned calls without follow through, further medical treatment, physical therapy, etc I guess I’m out of luck. The last time I called I asked for the the case number from the court filing and I couldn’t even get an answer on that. I guess that If they haven’t filed the case in court by now I am out of luck because it has been over two years since the accident. I wish that I had read these reviews before making such a huge decision (mistake) in hiring them. RUN do not walk away from this place, I wish I had.

Have you ever been involved in car accident having no driver lincence, no insurance and no healthcare insurance. Waking up in a hospital bed because the accident was that bad, and not worried about your potential health but the fact that all you can think about is not having a operational vehicle, ha...ving a huge hospital bill and on top of that a insurance company coming after you on how your going to pay for there clients damages? But when I called RAFII & NAZARIAN, LLP They didnt discriminate for my situation instead they scheduled a appointment to see me on the same day I called to see my injuries and see how they can work my case out. And from the call on everything was smooth and steady was scheduled to see specialist and doctors to make sure I was 100% and made sure I was comfortable and kept me up to date with my case. I'm happy and extremely thankful for there services because if it wasnt for RAFII & NAZARIAN, LLP I would proubly have a medical bill in collections and also the insurance company still coming after me and proubly loosing my mind and drinking my life away from all the stress that would of caused so thank you RAFII & NAZARIAN, LLP for not giving me no as a answer and getting me some ching ching$$$
