WOW! Where do I start. Everyone here has been so amazing with my case. I was in my first car accident and did not know what to do. I was scared because I didn't know who was going to pay for my damages and if I was going to get the help I needed with my pain. I called Rafii & Nazarian office and was ...helped right away. They asked me for all the detail of the accident, but most importantly was asked if I need help with my pain. Right away the next day I had an appointment to get my pain taken care of. They handled everything for me. I was still having back pain and neck pain. So they sent me out to get MRIs. They came back with unfortunate results but they made sure that I got all the help I needed for my pain. My case manager, Katherine, was extremely helpful. She managed to get me appointments right away. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, she was always a call away. She never hesitated to answer a questions and was always very helpful. I knew I had called the correct place. Because of the amazing team Raffi & Nazarian have, I was able to get the help I needed with my pain and suffering. I had my car fixed and of course my pain as well. Next came having to deal with the insurance of the other driver. They gave us a really low settlement but Raffi & Nazarian knew my case was not worth what they were giving us. Because of them I was able to get the correct settlement. They also helped me negotiate my bills, so that I could get the most out of my settlement. I truly just want to thank Katherine, for how helpful she was. I also want to thank Mat for handling my medical bills and lowering them for me. The Raffi & Nazarian team will truly help you!
