Cara Lin Eisenberg

I was referred by a friend to Cara Eisenberg about a employment issue I had. I was surprised that Cara spoke directly to me when I called, because I was used to only speaking with the attorney's paralegals or assistants. We talked for a long time and she went over every thing in pretty good detail ov...er the phone. then she explained my legal rights to me. Next we met to go over everything and Cara described the whole legal process to me. So this was very reassuring. Not only did I feel that she understood my problem, she also told me the law to me in a way that I could understand. I hate when attorneys talk down to you. Cara was like a caring friend. I felt like she was a real person. I felt that she would fight for my rights and protect me from those A'holes. During the next few months, we spoke and exchanged information. Eventually, she got the case into mediation and, after a full day, we reached an agreement wtih the other side. I was relieved when it was over and more relieved to have won! Cara did an amazing job! She was clearly better than the other attorneys and it made a big difference.
