I retained this attorney based on clear representations that she would handle my eviction and habitability matters. In reliance on those statements, I did not secure alternate counsel. She later declined to take the case, referred me to a vendor who did not perform an adequate inspection, and then at...tempted to withdraw from my existing matter after I raised concerns. This sequence of events caused significant harm and, in my opinion, appears retaliatory and inconsistent with professional obligations.
