Art Kalantar

Art Kalantar is a licensed attorney and the owner of the Law Offices of Art Kalantar, a Beverly Hills law firm concentrating in the area of healthcare law throughout California. Prior to entering the field of law, Mr. Kalantar was heavily involved for many years in the healthcare industry. He started out as an office administrator for a home health care agency and subsequently founded several successful ancillary healthcare entities, including Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTFs) and a pharmacy.

Mr. Kalantar has represented numerous health care providers, including physicians and physician groups, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, and others in various licensing, regulatory, and administrative matters. Among his clients are also IDTFs, Pharmacies, Home Health Care Agencies, Hospices, etc. He has successfully represented clients in Federal, State, and Administrative Law Courts.

Mr. Kalantar is a 2003 graduate of the Glendale University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor law degree. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the federal district courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a member of the California State Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, where he is a member of the Healthcare Law Section, and he is a member of the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys.
