It has been nearly 12 years since I was injured in an accident June of 2014, and I am still waiting to receive my full settlement. This incident happened when I was a child (8 years old), and now I am an adult (19 years old) still dealing with the same unresolved case, which is incredibly frustrating... and disappointing. Throughout this entire time, Andy has repeatedly told me that he is “still working on the case” whenever I ask for updates. Unfortunately, there has been little to no real progress or transparency. I’ve been told multiple times that the delay is due to issues with the insurance company, but it is extremely difficult to understand how a case could reasonably take over a decade to resolve. At this point, it feels less like a complication and more like a lack of urgency and accountability. Communication has been frustrating and inconsistent. I’ve had to follow up myself just to get basic updates, and even then, the answers are vague and repetitive. After 12 years, I expected professionalism, efficiency, and results not ongoing delays and excuses. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider their options before working with Andy.

It’s now been 5 years and my case still not settled. He has received payment from the insurance but Andy hasn’t settled and given me my portion . Every time I call it’s the same excuse “he’s working on it “ “ he will been done shorty “ when the next 5 years ? Come on . My next step will be contacting... the board .

It has been 5 years since the accident and I still hear the same excuses he always has each time I call him, “I’m working very hard on it we just need more time”. More time for what ?! Another 5 years ?! This wasn’t a huge case for it to be taking so long to get settled. Never throughout the case has... he been the one to call me and communicate about the case with me. I have been the one to have to call him and ask questions. This is ridiculous DONT HIRE HIM!!! I feel bad for that family who he won a million $ case for. They probably won’t see their money till 10 years from now the way that he works !!! Would never recommend him to anyone !

Night before my grandmothers funeral I was hit and my car was totaled. Was referred to Andy by family he had just dealt with him on a case. Before I signed any paperwork I explained to Andy my medical history and he explained it wouldn't be a problem he will make sure everything is taken care of as f...ar as treatment was concerned. That was all lies 3 months later I never received treatment and am in a lot of pain. I called furious about them not doing their job. He sent me to some doctor that had no clue who was or what I was even talking about there was no appointment made, I work fulltime and go to school so my schedule is tight, I made that clear and yet he still finds some way to inconvenience me. From day one Andy and his assistant Claudia have made false statements and unfulfilled promises. I paid for a rental for 3 months out of my own pocket in which Claudia stated I would get reimbursed for which was a lie she claims she didnt know I didnt have rental as part of my coverage which is mind blowing to me because I would never make a statement to my client without doing my homework, I contacted my insurance company to see when a payout for my car would be available they said they sent an offer to my attorney over 45 days ago as was waiting to hear back from Andy and his office. I then contacted Claudia and explained what the insurance company had just told me she was clueless and said to hold let her take a look and she confirmed that they did in fact have an offer present. My accident happened in Jan 2018 it was April 2018 and my insurance sent the offer Feb 2018 I paid an extra $1200 in rental car fees that weren't needed. The worst mistake I ever made was retaining Andy as my attorney which the passing of my grandmother and the totalling of my car the last thing I needed was another headache and honestly I ended up in a nightmare that is actually my life due to Andy, I've done more on my own to get my case taken care of then he or his team has. He still has not settled the case and the bills have now been put on my credit. I've contacted Andy multiple times and he always has the same excuse he's working as hard as he can and or tries to be very apologetic I'm done hearing excuses I want results. I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THIS LAW OFFICE TO MY WORST ENEMY, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER ATTORNEY THAT WILL ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF YOU AND GET THE JOB DONE
