It’s now been 5 years and my case still not settled. He has received payment from the insurance but Andy hasn’t settled and given me my portion . Every time I call it’s the same excuse “he’s working on it “ “ he will been done shorty “ when the next 5 years ? Come on . My next step will be contacting... the board .

Andy Basseri and his staff always responded to my questions by phone or email that I asked. His office fought hard with the insurance company of the other party. I received fourty five percent of the injury settlement he got me!
