Steven Patrick Beltran

     Steven P. Beltran has over 37 years’ experience in Plaintiffs' Personal Injury and Governmental Tort Litigation, Special Needs Will & Trust Planning and Litigation, Conservatorships & Guardianships and Mental Health proceedings. He currently serves as a Court-appointed Probate Volunteer Panel court-appointed Attorney and Probate Mediator, and currently serves as a Volunteer Settlement Attorney in the Probate Department of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Exceptional Children’s Foundation, a past President and member of the Board of Directors of the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center for the Developmentally Disabled, and a past Secretary and member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles County Mexican American Bar Association.

     Mr. Beltran is a member of Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Mexican American Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Southern California Mediator’s Association.

     Mr. Beltran received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Long Beach State University in 1972 and his J.D. degree from Hastings College of Law in 1976.

He is licensed to practice in the State of California and before the United States Supreme Court and the District Court for the Central District of California.
