Ryan Anthony Quadrel

Ryan Quadrel is an accomplished civil litigator who has dedicated his practice to wage and hour class and PAGA actions in California.
Mr. Quadrel is known for achieving positive results for his clients by “thinking outside the box.” Drawing from his experience representing both employers and employees, Mr. Quadrel zealously litigates a wide range of claims for systematic labor violations. He has successfully recovered unpaid wages and penalties for thousands of employees throughout the state.
Mr. Quadrel’s passion for the law sparked a career that demonstrates advocacy for the fundamental rights of “everyday people.” In the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, he investigated SEC filings to uncover mortgage fraud and deceptive lending practices, leveraging his findings against Wall Street banks that were supposedly “too big to fail” to negotiate deals enabling countless families avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes.
Mr. Quadrel brought the tenacity and grit of a New Yorker to his California law practice.
