Hate to kick a man when he's down...
Took my case on contingency basis. Never returned calls. Didn't keep me informed on any aspect of my case. He was wildly enthusiastic at our first meeting, then never could get hom on the phone. I wondered why he agreed to represent me when he seemed utterly disinterested once he started "working."
