Alex Tofer was first recommended to us by a close relative after my wife was hit by a car as a pedestrian and suffered a broken leg. We checked reviews before retaining Alex Tofer and were aware of a particular negative comment that's out there but after speaking with Alex personally, we decided ...to employ his services. Alex was always prompt with his communications, accurate and to the point, and easy to work with as was his staff. I'm sure Alex's involvement resulted in a quick and maximum (obtained the maximum of the driver's limited coverage) settlement and Alex negotiated a reduction in the medical charges we had to pay out of the settlement. Having Alex involved also relieved us of a lot of stress. I hope we never have this happen again but I'd call Alex if we ever do and I'll pass Alex's firm on to others if the occasion comes up.
