Mr. Tofer founded Tofer and Associates in 2001. Since then, Mr. Tofer, along with his team of attorneys and staff, has represented thousands of clients, and has won millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.

Tofer & Associates was established in 2001 in the stock-room of his families retail business. It has since grown from a single attorney law office to a full-service personal injury trial firm. In 2010, Tofer and Associates acquired its own law building located in Beverly Hills, California, solidifying its present and position as a strong legal powerhouse in the Los Angeles legal community.

Mr. Tofer’s specialization in the personal injury field was inspired by the suffering endured by his parents after a tragic car accident that left his family devastated and vulnerable. Mr. Tofer made it his life mission to protect and fight for the rights of those injured by the negligence of others. Throughout it all, Mr. Tofer has remained committed to his belief that helped establish Tofer and Associates, and that is “our clients come first, and must always be treated like family.”
