About Omid
Biography
Omid Khorshidi attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1998. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law where he earned Honors in USD Civil Legal Clinic and graduated among the top of his class. He was also a member of Phi Delta Phi law fraternity and previous member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Omid was the judicial extern to The Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree in December 2001 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. Because he scored exceptionally high on the California Bar Examination, he also had the honor of being admitted to the State Bar of Minnesota without having to take or pass their Bar examination.
Mr. Khorshidi practices in all matters involving personal injury and serves the Southern California community. He used be an associate at a firm which defended insurance companies against injury claims. Through his experience at that firm, he realized that he was on the wrong side. In his personal practice representing injured people (the right side), he aggressively represents injured victims of all types of accidents, utilizing his insurance defense experience to maximize recovery for his clients.
Omid Khorshidi strives to provide the highest quality of legal services and doesn't stop fighting until his clients receive the compensation they are entitled to. He doesn't hesitate to take even small cases to trial as he believes that all injured persons deserve justice.
