Courtney was driving down Santa Monica Blvd. and almost got into an accident with another driver. That driver called 911 and reported Courtney swearing all over the road and almost getting in accident ... s. The West Hollywood Sheriff's showed up and contacted Courtney who had pulled over and passed out over the center counsel of her car. After waking her up she appeared and sounded impaired from drugs. She stumbled out of her car and had trouble walking. She failed all the field sobriety tests she was given and was arrested for DUI Drugs. She refused any chemical testing which was recorded on video. The Sheriff's found a vile containing cocaine in her purse.
