Kyle W. Wilson

Kyle Wilson is an Associate Attorney at Blackstone Law. He is a dedicated advocate for California workers seeking justice for overtime, meal break, rest break, and other wage and hour violations in both class action and PAGA matters.
As a civil litigator, Kyle has substantial experience in all facets of legal advocacy, including mediations, arbitrations, jury trials, and appeals. Prior to joining Blackstone, Kyle played an instrumental role in securing a $5.4 million recovery for California nursing home workers who were unlawfully deprived of meal and rest breaks. He also represented a victim of sexual harassment in a suit against a large Silicon Valley tech company which received national media attention in outlets such as Fortune, Tech Crunch, and Business Insider. Kyle’s strategic mindset and passion for justice allow him to consistently obtain excellent results for California workers.
Kyle graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for his academic achievement. At Columbia, he was also named a Public Interest Honoree for his commitment to representing underserved communities. As an undergraduate, Kyle attended the University of California, Los Angeles as a Regents Scholar, where he graduated with a B.S. in Neuroscience. He is licensed to practice in the State of California, the Federal Northern, Central, and Southern District Courts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kyle is also an instructor of legal writing at Empire College of Law.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys hiking, trivia nights with friends, and competing in the online strategy game Teamfight Tactics. He is also a certified yoga instructor, and finds balance by teaching, and taking, power vinyasa classes.
