Joseph O'Connor Marshall

Joe Marshall is an Associate Attorney with Blackstone Law. With a passion for helping employees receive the justice they deserve, Joe focuses on class and representative PAGA action litigation involving an array of wage and hour issues, as he believes these are uniquely important tools for employees to hold powerful companies accountable.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Joe worked on class and PAGA actions, as well as single-plaintiff employment actions based on violations of the California Labor Code, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Joe attended the University of Utah’s SJ Quinney College of Law. During law school, Joe was a founding member of the Employment and Labor Law Student Association and a member of the Consumer Advocacy and Protection Society. Joe is admitted to practice law in all California State Courts.

Outside of his work, Joe enjoys traveling and exploring restaurants with his wife, Michelle, and playing endless hours of fetch with their cattle dog, Rey.
