Kevin graduated from the USC Gould School of Law with a certificate in Business Law. He began practicing law at a boutique business and real estate law firm in Century City. During this period, Kevin represented real estate buyers and sellers in numerous purchase and sale transactions, contentious litigation, and business restructuring matters. Kevin leverages his litigation experience to foresee and avoid problems that may arise in the course of his clients’ businesses and transactions.
Kevin received his B.S. in business administration from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in real estate finance. The Marshall School of Business awarded him the Isaac’s Endowed Real Estate Scholarship in recognition of his high marks in the real estate curriculum. Prior to law school, Kevin worked as an analyst for a highly successful brokerage team in Los Angeles and as a foreclosure consultant at a real estate law firm in Beverly Hills. Kevin has experience in underwriting assets, drafting purchase and sale agreements, and participating in deal negotiations.
