Grant K Riley

Grant Riley is a sophisticated, proactive, and aggressive attorney with 35 years of in-the-trenches experience litigating complex, big-money disputes. Grant has an AV-Preeminent (it’s highest rating) rating from Martindale-Hubble and has been voted a “Super Lawyer” for 15 years straight by the Los Angeles legal community. Grant graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1979 and Southwestern University School of Law in 1984.

Prior to forming Riley | Ersoff LLP, Grant was a partner at three of the most prestigious firms in Los Angeles: Christensen White Miller Fink & Jacobs (now Glaser Weil), Liner Yankelevitz Weinhart Riley & Regenstreif (now DLA Piper), and Frandzel Share Robins & Csato where he was Managing Partner. Grant has litigated disputes in multiple states including California, Ohio, Florida, Texas, and New York.

After 25 years of litigating and resolving multi-million dollar disputes on behalf of public companies, Hollywood studios, national banks, and real estate developers, Grant decided it was time to pay it back and pay it forward.
