When one finds themselves subject to the justice system it can often be overwhelming and scary. You need an incredibly smart and proffesional lawyer to put you at ease. Edward Shkolnikov is that lawyer. When you work with him he takes on the full weight and responsiblity of the case and then clearly ...and percisely tells you what he expects from his clients. When you see him in court you realize he is comfortable and well equipt to handle the situtaion. My personal experience threatened my future and that of my daughter and it was clear that Mr.Shkolnikov displayed a great deal of empathy. I felt like he was with me from begining until the end. Lawyers can not just be interested in money and still be good at what they do, they need to be real people who understand that your future hangs in the balance and it is all in their hands. If I face the judicial system again there would be no one better and no one I would rather have in my corner.

I recently worked with Edward to help me with a court case. He knew what he was talking about and got my paperwork completed and filed in record time. He knows his business and he takes the time to get to know his clients so you feel comfortable discussing your issues with him. This lawyer took on my case and was waiting for documents from the hospital and life insurance policy. Never communicated with me about anything. I called their office about 10-12 times and are always told I will get a call back that day. Well it’s been 3 months and not one of my calls have been ret...urned. Very unprofessional!!

I met this lawyer few years ago. I brought many documents to him in hope he can help to sue cosmetic surgeon, who falsified surgical procedures and botched face. I found this lawyer by his ads. I told him my story by phone and he told me , that he does medical malpractice and invited me to his offic...e. But when I arrived, he did not look on any papers I brought and told me, that he doesn't do medical malpractice, did not give any advice, did not tell about statute limitation ....He gave me phone # of another lawyer, who does medical malpractice, but who also was not helpful. That another lawyer told me on the phone, that for beginning he can recommend me some doctor, who can review my surgery, that that doctor charge about $500/h, total he can charge several thousands ...After that he will make decision if he will take my case. The end of all story: the statute limitation was run out and I lost opportunity to sue my surgeon for medical malpractice (case was serious) and Medical Board placed him on probation for three years .
