Craig Michael Fields

When I first received notice of my wife's filing for divorce, a friend of mine recommended Craig Fields. He advised me that he was proficient in family law. I later found out he was not even board certified and had not taken the required courses to make him qualified to fight what was to be a lengthy... divorce. The wife alleged domestic violence and wanted a restraining order. Rather than grant her the order, which made no difference to me because I had nothing to do with her anyway, he ran up bills of over $50,000 with a few appearances in a trial of the domestic violence. When I realized what a mistake this was I fired him. Still, he persisted in the collection of his bills which today hounds me to pay for a service that was unnecessary. Fields is a know it all, that knows nothing about how to navigate in Family Law which is slanted toward the female. I hesitated in writing this review but wanted to caution others who might fall into the same trap.
