Bianca Mihaela Dulgheru

"Ms. Dulgheru is an experienced litigator handling single plaintiff employment matters. Her practice focuses on representing workers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination cases at all stages of litigation, including mediation, arbitration and trial. As a working mom, Ms. Dulgheru has built a reputation for fiercely protecting workers' rights and holding employers accountable for illegal conduct. Whether negotiating settlements or litigating complex cases to trial, Ms. Dulgheru is committed to providing clients with compassionate and aggressive legal representation.

Ms. Dulgheru holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University. She earned her Juris Doctorate and Certificate of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was a member of the Honor Board and was heavily involved in various legal clinics representing underprivileged individuals in the Los Angeles area. In law school, Ms. Dulgheru also worked as a law clerk in the Sex Crimes Division of the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, gaining invaluable expertise that she applies in her practice to this day.

Ms. Dulgheru was recently selected as a Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Star. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in California. Outside of her practice, Ms. Dulgheru enjoys traveling, playing tennis with her son and catching up on her favorite TV shows. "
