I hired Ms. Barbara DuVan Clarke during the most difficult period of my life. Barbara DuVan Clarke lied to me. She is an attorney I will never trust nor will I ever trust the associates she works with. She did not inform me of what was going on in my case. When she claimed to have reached an agreemen...t with the opposing counsel, she could not provide me with a copy of the settlement agreement. As months flew by, I realized she was simply ignoring me. I cannot and will not ever recommend Ms. Barbara DuVan Clarke. Lastly, Ms. Barbara DuVan Clarke has even misplaced my Case File and cannot give it to me. I only hired her because there were no negative comments on her profile and decided to give her a chance since she was struggling to find clients and working out of her home in Redondo Beach. I now know why there are no negative comments on her profile because she has consistently removed all of my previous posts. I am only sharing my experience so this matter doesn’t happen to someone like me in the future.

I have never had the need for an attorney before but I am so grateful that my first legal experience was with Barbara at the helm. Compassionate, understanding, professional, responsive and knowledgeable are just some of the adjectives to describe her. Even though my situation was ot of Ms. DuVan's... area of expertise, she provided me with the answers to my questions, gave me the tools I needed to respond to my antagonists and created a plan of action. She reviewed the documents I had received and clearly explained how I should respond and where the flaws were in the documents. This was invaluable information that served to be the catalyst that made the difference. When I met with my harassers and presented my case to them, they immediately backed down and rescinded all of their allegations. I would not have prevailed had it not been for Barbara DuVan. She hit the nail on the head!! She knew what was the best approach and with what information I needed to be armed. If you want an attorney with determination, persistence and the drive to win it for you, make sure you have Barbara DuVan beside you and you will have nothing to worry about.
