     I have been practicing law for 38 years. I have a Martindale Hubbel

rating of "av". Although I have handled hundreds of contested cases, both in court and before arbitration tribunals, my primary objective has always been to achieve the maximum benefit for my clients. I strongly believe in and encourage alternative dispute resolution. Litigation has grown increasingly expensive. I never lose sight of the fact that the costs of litigation are borne by the client. Notwithstanding my beliefs respecting alternatives to trial, I am a strong advocate for my clients and I am very comfortable in front of a judge or jury. I have tried approximately 200 cases, the overwhelming number of them resulting in the clients complete satisfaction.

     I also serve as an arbitrator and mediator and have been a judge pro tem in the courts of Los Angeles County.

     I am always available for and immediately responsive to my clients needs.  I strive for an open line of communication with clients so as to keep them fully informed of their case status and to assure that their concerns are regularly addressed.
